Refund policy

Keg Mate does not accept returns or exchanges from verified purchases unless the Keg Mate item is in the original condition, unused and in original packaging (including all packaging materials and documentation). Return shipping will be at the purchaser’s expense. 

Due to the nature of use of the Keg Mate products and food safety concerns, we are unable to accept or issue refunds for any Keg Mate products returned that have been used and/or removed from the original packaging. Refunds will not be guaranteed and will be at our discretion upon thorough inspection of the returned item.  We will confirm issue of a refund to the original form of payment via email within 5 business days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you believe you have received a defective Keg Mate product and/or are having trouble with the functionality of your Keg Mate tap, please email us at help@keg-mate.com with as much detail as possible of the perceived defect. Once we receive your email, our product support team will gladly provide assistance, information, maintenance tips, replacement parts as needed, and/or at our discretion replace your item.

Please Note: For all damage, wrong items, missing items or defects, please contact us via beer@keg-mate.com right away for return or replacement instructions.
